In every business or organization, there is a need to share information between key individuals. As companies expand, the need to share ideas and hold discussions on projects, services, products, and common interests grows. Unfortunately, so does the expense.
An ideal tool for any organization that needs to share information among its members is a web-based conferencing system. These systems allow users to communicate and share information using an Internet Browser at a fraction of the cost of using conventional communication means. As web content matures, more companies and individuals are relying on web resources for sharing information with other people.
Web conferences can be used for a number of different applications. Some examples include:
-
A sales manager in charge of an international sales force for a firm may uses web conferences to create private and global discussions among the sales team.
-
A magazine editor may create a web based conference to solicit feedback and ideas from viewers or listners.
-
A project manager responsible for ten or twenty projects might use web conferences to track the progress of each project through every stage of the production process, essentially managing status and reviewing meetings online.
-
A committee organizing a large event could use web conferences to work out logistics, brainstorm ideas, and arrive at decisions.
-
A non-profit organization could use web conferences to network with members, while collectively addressing the needs of the organization.
For your convenience, we have created a public conferencing system for you to browse at your discression. Users will have the ability to post messages in a threaded discussion format, attach and upload files to messages, and enable E-Mail notification when a person replies to your post. Registration (name and E-Mail address) is required. Upon registering, you will immediately have access to the conference.
To access the conference, select the flashing conference button located in the NetSAVINGS Main Menu. In the event that you would like to discuss how a web conferencing system may benefit your business or oganization, please contact us at your convenience.
